Q: Customer Hub - my password is not working
A: We have just activated your access to the Customer Hub and new clients sometimes report trouble logging in.
If it happens to you:
1. First, please make sure that you have copied
your email and password correctly.
2. Give it a couple of tries - we have a large database of clients and sometimes the system can't immediately locate your information so it
rejects the log-in.
3. You might need to close your internet browser and reopen it to try again.
4. Try logging in through this link
